Aston Workshop Returns Policy,

We want you to be happy with your products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to the information on our returns and Aftersales service contained in this document. We suggest you keep this document with your receipt for future reference.

 

Terms and conditions related to the supply of parts and merchandise.
 
1. Payment
All parts and merchandise must be fully paid for prior to collection or delivery. We will accept payment in cash (sterling only), credit card or debit card (visa or MasterCard), bankers draft or guaranteed cheque.Credit facilities are not available unless by prior agreement in writing by us.
 
2. Prices
We reserve the right to change the price of a part or merchandise at any time without prior notice. However, where we have quoted a price for an item in stock, we will honour that price for a period of 30 days from the date of enquiry. You are not obliged to purchase a part ordered when its price subsequent to the date of order has increased. In such cases you will be entitled to return the part to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is undamaged and contained within it original undamaged packaging.
 
3. Supply of the wrong part
We can accept no responsibility for the supply of the wrong part, if in our opinion the information that we received was wrong or incomplete.
 
4.      Supply of defective parts
If you are supplied with a defective part, because of functional failure or unsatisfactory quality, you will be entitled to reject it and to return it to us. It is your responsibility upon receipt of the goods to check that they are correct and of satisfactory quality and to immediately advise us if they are not. We may ask for written evidence of the defect, and at our discretion, ask for an independent expert to confirm the defect, when disagreement between the two parties exists.
We may ask for written confirmation for damage or loss sustained in transit, and if necessary may require that the packaging used in transit is available for inspection by our insurers. We will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit unless we are advised within 28 days of the date of dispatch of the goods from us or there is clear evidence that the damage or loss is caused by us.
 
5.      Return of parts and merchandise
You must contact us first before returning any goods.
If we have supplied a defective part, we will replace it at no extra cost to you or provide you with a full refund.
Any undamaged goods no longer required which are still within the original undamaged packaging may be returned for a refund less a minimum 5% or £5 handling charge (which ever is the greater). We may choose not to accept any item returned to us however, when it has been discontinued and is unlikely to be required by another customer. In such cases you will be advised to collect the item or to advise upon disposal of said item.
Return of goods must be within 28 days of the date of dispatch from us. Cost of transit on all returned goods will be entirely yours.
All returned goods must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice; any such items returned without this will be rejected for return.
 
6.      Return of parts for Reconditioning or Exchange
If you return a part for reconditioning or exchange, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is supplied complete and in reasonable condition.
We may choose to reject any item returned to us if in our opinion it is in poor condition or is incomplete and there is no reference to a corresponding invoice for the goods concerned.

Faulty goods

 

The following are guidelines for all goods ordered for delivery.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

- in otherwise 'as new' condition

- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it ,if possible, with the original box and packaging

If a pre-recorded videotape, DVD, CD, minidisc or other software is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or offer a refund.


 

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Consumable items, are covered by guarantee for 3 months after delivery.

Damaged or Missing Goods:

Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to the Aston Workshop within 7 days of receipt of delivery, failure to do so will render any claims for missing/damaged goods void.
 

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
